How to report
Use the channel listed on the contact page. Include the page URL, what is wrong, and (ideally) the official source that shows the correct value. Reports that cite a primary source are actioned fastest.
How corrections are handled
- Safety-relevant errors are corrected as soon as they are verified, and noted in the change log.
- Corrections that change a stored rule bump the method version shown in the footer.
- User inventory dates are never silently changed by a data update.
